I love teaching about sexual health and fertility. I am a certified SERENA fertility educator. My husband and I have taught couples and groups about fertility since the early 1990’s. I've always taken an interest in how we can enhance our romantic and sexual life with ourself first and with our love partners. I completed my first herbal education with Rosemary Gladstar’s course, “The Science and Art of Herbalism”. I continue learning about herbs as a member of Studio Botanica’s “Herb Gals” where we do a deep dive into a single herb each month. I also take classes through the Matthew Wood Institute of Herbalism and I have a materia medica (herb study) membership with Sajah Popham's Evolutionary Herbalism.
The mentors who have influenced me in my love of fertility and sexuality are my mom and dad, my friends, Dr Ruth, Sue Johanson, Kimberly Gallagher and Diana de Luca.
