Flat rate shipping of $15.00 available all across Canada. For US customers, shipping will be calculated individually for each order. Shipping is generally less than $15.00 for US customers.

Skincare

I do not offer refunds, only exchanges, because any skincare product may have uncomfortable effects due to our individual constitutions. Please consider that your environment may be a contributing factor of any skin discomfort and I ask that you communicate with me about any issues that arise while using products I’ve created. I will happily discuss everything with you and we will come to a mutual agreement about how to proceed which always includes my offer of an alternative, free-of-charge skincare product.

Herbals

Herbals are taken at your own risk. I use the safest herbs based on my education and ongoing learning, along with the latest research. Please discuss any herbals with a pharmacist before taking them and seek medical advice about each herb if you feel any of your symptoms need medical attention. I promise ongoing consultation about herbals and will gladly formulate new preparations for you at my current prices.
