Everything in nature is in our human bodies. There are analogues of our lungs in tree branches, our brain in walnuts, our genitals in rock formations. I want to respect nature by how I treat my body and how I live life. That’s why I use natural skincare ingredients and why I have practiced natural ways of fertility regulation.
Ancient humans used the stars and nature as their guides to live in harmony. I want to embrace these ancient ways and also be open to helpful, practical science.
I specialize in creating textures and scents that awaken and enhance our sensuous and sexual nature. I love creating custom skincare that incorporates the plants around me.
Inspired by the incredible changes taking place on our planet, I set out to reimagine our relationship with our Mama Earth. Every ingredient in artisanal Angel Kisses formulation has my loving intention and expertise in it. I add reiki energy to each herbal and custom order I create.

Herbal preparations are created in-house from my own garden and wildcrafting, from locally sourced herbs and from Canadian sources, available to be delivered to you from me. A simple supply chain.
Sources
Local, sustainable, fair trade and often certified organic. Formula Botanica online school’s approved list of natural ingredients for skincare is the resource I use to create my formulations. I strive to use plant oils as much as possible. To create some scents, tons of plant material must be used. For the sake of sustainability, I occasionally use fragrance oils. I can always make a custom formulation for you with ingredients that suit your needs.

If you experience anything less than the highest quality, I will replace your skincare product with a mutually agreed upon alternative. Herbals are tailored to your needs, often custom-made to order and non-refundable, and I will continue to work with you to find herbals that resonate with you. I leave the power in your hands to intuit what works for you by allowing you to make decisions for your own body. You choose the herbals in consultation with me and lead the process by trying various herbs and their different preparations.

My Story
I spent most of my childhood summers either up north in the wilderness with my parents in a canoe, hopping from island to island or in a tent at Fort Qu’Appelle. My dad was an outdoor education professor and I played in nature while he supervised students and established first nations teacher training in the province. I had mentors who appreciated Mama Earth and I learned about her grace, beauty and sustenance.
How scents and plant energy intermingle with humans fascinates me. I love working with root energy in the soil and with our root chakra. My family openly discussed sexuality and I learned as much as I could about it. My husband and I were fortunate to have encountered the sympto-thermal method of fertility regulation through our marriage preparation course. We have practiced this method throughout our marriage to prevent pregnancy and to conceive our three children. We both wrote an exam to qualify as fertility regulation teachers. I love assisting people to become acquainted with a woman’s monthly cycle which is, in its healthiest manifestation, aligned with the light and dark waxing and waning of the moon and the seasons.
I’ve always felt energy through my physical body, and through clairvoyance, dreams, and visions. In 2019, as the world was transforming, these abilities began to amplify. I was blessed with beautiful dreams and wonderful visions of the future of our planet as a loving, equitable place. Most nights before falling asleep, I channeled the details about human evolution in the near future and the ascension of Mama Earth as we become more conscious alongside her. I was seeing gorgeous sun halos and rainbow light in the sky every day.
I began to communicate with plants as I was studying Rosemary Gladstar’s Science and Art of Herbalism course. Plants were showing up in my yard a day or two after I called them in. They were coming to me in visions and dreams, telling me that I needed to cultivate them in my garden or take them myself. After graduating from my herbalism course, herbal clients started to show up and specific plants would come into my mind, urging me to use them for the client I would see. I began experiencing the client’s most pervasive symptom before that client would walk through my door for their appointment. With some clients, I begin to channel information about what they might want to consider for deep spiritual healing.
I feel that everything has led me to becoming an herbalist, fertility consultant and skincare formulator. I loved playing in the mud, making herb pies as a toddler! I have developed two sexual lubricants - a water and aloe based sexual lubricant called Pink Heaven Yin Yang Glide and heart-shaped, edible chocolate lubricants called Venus Hearts, made by local chocolatier, Julianna Tan, of “Those Girls at the Market”. I am an internationally certified skincare graduate with Formula Botanica in the UK. I have ongoing professional training with them through my Advanced Diploma in Organic Skincare Formulation and from their online classroom and The Lab.
